- 1 cup self-raising flour (or plain all-purpose flour)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder (only if using all-purpose flour)

Instructions
- Prepare Dough: In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. Add baking powder if using all-purpose flour. Mix in the yogurt until a rough ball forms.
