Instructions
- Prepare the Cookies: Turn the cookies upside down on a cookie sheet so the flat side is facing up to provide a stable base for the Hershey’s Kisses.
- Attach the Kisses: Unwrap all the Hershey’s Kisses. Pipe a small amount of frosting on the bottom of each Hershey’s Kiss, then press each Kiss firmly onto the center of a flipped cookie to secure it in place.
