Pizza Dough:
- 16 ounce pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Toppings:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 4 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1/2 yellow squash, thinly sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Set the air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Prepare Dough: Divide the pizza dough in half. Sprinkle one half with ½ tablespoon of flour and spread it to fit the air fryer basket.
- Cook Dough: Drizzle ½ tablespoon of olive oil on the dough, then place it in the air fryer basket oiled side down. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add Toppings: Layer on 4 ounces of mozzarella, half of the tomato, zucchini, squash slices, and garlic. Drizzle with ½ tablespoon of olive oil, season with salt.
- Final Cook: Cook for 4 minutes, rotate the basket, and cook for another 4 minutes.
