Pizza Dough:

  • 16 ounce pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Toppings:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 4 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 yellow squash, thinly sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set the air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Prepare Dough: Divide the pizza dough in half. Sprinkle one half with ½ tablespoon of flour and spread it to fit the air fryer basket.
  3. Cook Dough: Drizzle ½ tablespoon of olive oil on the dough, then place it in the air fryer basket oiled side down. Cook for 3 minutes.
