  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Egg Mixture:

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Flour Coating:

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

Other:

  • 1/4 cup canola oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Pour oil onto a rimmed baking sheet and spread to coat the center.

  3. Beat eggs with salt and pepper in a shallow bowl.
  4. Place flour in another shallow bowl.
