- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Egg Mixture:
- 2 eggs, beaten

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Flour Coating:
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
Other:
- 1/4 cup canola oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Pour oil onto a rimmed baking sheet and spread to coat the center.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Beat eggs with salt and pepper in a shallow bowl.
- Place flour in another shallow bowl.
- Coat chicken in egg, then flour, repeating the process.
