Sourdough or Bread:
- 2 slices
Cheddar Cheese:
- 2–4 slices or grated from a block
Peach:
- 1/2 peach, finely sliced
Butter:
- 1–2 tbsp, divided
Instructions
- Cook the Peaches: Heat 1/2-1 tablespoon butter in a pan over medium heat. Cook peach slices for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and softened.
- Prepare the Sandwich: Butter one side of each bread slice. Layer peach slices and cheese on one bread half, then top with the other half.
- Grill the Sandwich: Heat another tablespoon of butter in a pan over medium heat. Place the sandwich with the cheese side down. Cook for 3-5 minutes, flip, and cook until both sides are golden brown. Press down while cooking for a thicker bread option.
