- Water, for wetting the edges of the egg roll wrappers
- Confectioners’ sugar, for topping
Instructions
- Prepare Cheesecake Filling: In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth. Fold in diced strawberries.
- Assemble Egg Rolls: Lay out egg roll wrappers. Add 2-3 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture onto each wrapper. Wet edges, then fold and roll wrappers around the filling.
- Cook Egg Rolls: Air fry at 400°F for 4-5 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
- Serve: Dust with confectioners’ sugar before serving.
