Brownies:
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, melted (1 stick)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 15.25 oz box strawberry cake mix
- 1/2 tsp salt
Glaze:
- 3/4 cup (84g) powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp strawberry preserves or jelly
- 1 Tbsp milk
Instructions
- Brownies: Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a 8×8 or 9×9 inch glass pan with parchment paper. Set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk to combine. Add strawberry cake mix and salt, stir to combine. Transfer batter to the pan, press evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool.
- Glaze: In a bowl, combine powdered sugar, strawberry preserves, and milk. Stir until combined. Spread over cooled brownies. Let set before cutting.
