- 6 cups water, divided
Strawberry Juice:
- 4 cups ripe strawberries, hulled
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
Garnish (Optional):
- Frozen or fresh strawberries
- Mint leaves
Instructions
- Boil Water: In a small pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil or use the microwave.
- Steep Tea: Remove from heat, add tea bags, and let steep for 10 minutes; discard bags.
- Prepare Strawberry Juice: Dice strawberries, puree in a processor, strain, and reserve the juice.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large pitcher, combine tea, strawberry juice, and sugar; stir until sugar dissolves.
- Add Water: Mix in 4 cups of cold water.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate until cold, serve over ice, and garnish with strawberries or mint.

- Adjust sugar to taste based on strawberry sweetness.
- For a stronger tea flavor, steep tea bags longer.
