- 16 ounces shredded Swiss cheese

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 350℉ degrees to begin.
- Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, thoroughly mix the mayonnaise and Thousand Island dressing. Set it aside.
- Layer the ingredients: Spread the rinsed and squeezed-dry sauerkraut evenly into a 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with shredded corned beef, followed by shredded Swiss cheese, and then pour the mayonnaise-dressing mixture over the top in an even layer.
- Bake: Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the mixture is bubbly and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
Notes
