Chicken Skewers:

  • 2 lbs chicken tenders, thighs, or breast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce:

  • 1 stick butter
  • 810 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (more if desired)
  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Prep and Skewer Chicken: Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes. Combine chicken seasoning, coat chicken pieces, skewer tightly.
  2. Make the Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce: Melt butter, add garlic, hot sauce, seasonings, Parmesan. Whisk to combine.
  3. Cook The Chicken: Air fry skewers at 400°F for 12-14 minutes, basting with sauce.

Notes

  • Oven Preparation: Preheat oven to 450°F. Bake skewers for 14 minutes, flipping and basting with butter. Broil for 2 minutes. Baste with butter and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  • Grill Preparation: Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill skewers for 5-6 minutes each side, basting with butter. Baste with butter and sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.
