Pizza Rolls:
- 14–16 ounces pizza dough, store bought or homemade pizza dough
- 1/2 cup chopped pepperoni
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Glaze:
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- grated Parmesan cheese, (optional)
- marinara sauce, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Prepare dough: Roll out the pizza dough into a 10 x 14-inch rectangle. Sprinkle with pepperoni and mozzarella.
- Roll up: Roll the dough tightly from the long end and slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Arrange: Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Make glaze: Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a bowl. Brush over the rolls.
- Bake: Bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
