Strawberry Milk:
- 1/2 cup milk (pistachio preferred)
- 2–3 tbsp strawberry jam (homemade, see notes)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Matcha:
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 1/2 tsp lavender or regular honey (optional)
Instructions
- Make Strawberry Milk: Combine all strawberry milk ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.
- Prepare Matcha: Whisk matcha with hot water in a bowl to form a paste. Add cold water and honey, if desired. Whisk until frothy.
- Assemble: Pour strawberry milk over ice, then top with matcha. Stir gently to combine.
