Description

Layers of ham, salami, pepperoni, provolone cheese, and tangy peppers are baked to perfection on soft rolls, then brushed with a flavorful garlic butter mixture. Rolls:

  • 12 pack rolls, halved lengthwise (Kings Hawaiian recommended)

Filling:

  • 6 oz package of ham, thinly sliced
  • 5 oz package of salami, thinly sliced
  • 5 oz package of pepperoni, thinly sliced
  • 9 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/3 cup pepperoncini, sliced
  • 1/3 cup pickled hot cherry peppers, sliced

Seasoning:

  • 1/4 cup salted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed (fresh recommended)

To Serve (optional):

  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Assemble sliders: Place bottom half of rolls on a baking sheet. Layer ham, salami, pepperoni, provolone, hot cherry peppers, and peperoncini. Top with remaining bun halves.
  3. Prepare butter mixture: Mix melted butter, Italian seasoning, and crushed garlic. Brush over sliders.
  4. Bake: Cover sliders with foil and bake for 30 minutes until golden.
  5. Serve: Slice and serve. Optional: serve with marinara sauce.
