These Honey Garlic Crispy Air Fryer Salmon Bites are a perfect blend of sweet, savory, and crunchy. Marinated in a flavorful honey garlic sauce, coated with panko breadcrumbs, and air-fried to crispy perfection, these salmon bites are served alongside jasmine rice, cucumber salad, and a zesty spicy mayo.

Salmon:
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- salt and pepper
- 1 lb salmon fillet
- avocado oil spray
Other Stuff:
- jasmine rice or grain of choice
- thinly sliced cucumbers (about 1 whole English cucumber) tossed with 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- green onions
- spicy mayo (see notes)
- finishing touches: spritz of lemon and drizzle of honey
Instructions
- Prepare Salmon: Remove the skin of the salmon, cut into cubes, and pat dry. Marinate with honey, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic, and oil.
- Coat with Breadcrumbs: Toss salmon cubes in seasoned panko breadcrumbs until coated.
- Air Fry: Place salmon in the air fryer basket, cook in batches at 400°F for 6-8 minutes.
- Assemble: Serve salmon with cucumber salad, rice, green onions, spicy mayo, lemon, and honey.
Notes
- For the spicy mayo, mix 5 tablespoons mayo, 2 teaspoons sriracha, and juice of 1/2 lime or lemon.
