Dough:
- 2 oz (65 gr) unsalted butter, cubed
- 1 tablespoon (15 gr) sugar
- 1 cup (235 ml) water
- 1 1/4 cups (150 gr) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 3 large eggs
- oil to fry
Coating:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: In a saucepan, combine butter, sugar, and water. Cook until boiling, then add flour. Mix until smooth. Let cool, then add vanilla, salt, and eggs.
- Fry the Churros: Pipe dough into heart shapes on parchment paper. Fry in hot oil until golden. Coat with cinnamon sugar.
- Serve: Enjoy warm with chocolate sauce.
