Description

  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried basil

Instructions

  1. Prepare Marinade: Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, parsley, basil, salt, and pepper in a sealable bag. Add zucchini planks, coat well, and marinate for 20 minutes at room temperature or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
