- 2 pounds cubed steak (e.g., sirloin, NY Strip)
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Browning sauce (optional, for color)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Garlic Butter:
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
For Garnish:

Instructions
- Prepare the Spice Mix: In a small bowl, combine salt, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Divide into two portions.

- Marinate the Steak: Toss cubed steak with Worcestershire sauce, browning sauce, and half of the spice mix.
- Prepare Potatoes: Parboil diced potatoes, then toss with remaining spice mix and olive oil.

- Cook Potatoes: In the same skillet, cook potatoes until golden and tender.
- Combine: Add steak back to skillet, mix in garlic herb butter, and garnish before serving.
