For the Garlic Butter:

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt

For Garnish:

Instructions

  5. Cook the Steak: Sear steak until browned, then set aside.
  6. Cook Potatoes: In the same skillet, cook potatoes until golden and tender.
