Instructions
- Prepare the Fruit: Clean all the fresh fruit thoroughly under running water. Gently pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture, then place the fruit in a large mixing bowl.
- Make the Jelly Glaze: In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the jelly in the microwave for about 20 seconds or until it becomes liquid. Allow it to cool slightly. Add the freshly squeezed orange juice and vanilla extract, then whisk the mixture until it is smooth and well combined.
- Combine and Toss: Pour the prepared jelly glaze over the fresh fruit in the large bowl. Gently fold the mixture, making sure all pieces of fruit are coated evenly with the glaze. Serve immediately and enjoy the fresh, juicy flavors.
