Instructions

- Process Orange: Add the orange chunks to the food processor and pulse 20-30 times until finely chopped with small chunks of peel remaining. Add to the mixing bowl.
- Process Apple: Add the apple quarters to the food processor and pulse 20-30 times, scraping down the sides if needed, until finely chopped. Add to the mixing bowl.
- Mix Ingredients: Add the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon to the mixed fruit in the bowl. Stir thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
- Chill: Cover the bowl and refrigerate the relish for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld. It can be refrigerated for up to 3 days before serving.
