French Bread:
- 16 oz loaf of French bread, cubed into 1.5-inch pieces
Custard Mixture:
- 3 3/4 cups whole milk
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 7 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- Optional: zest of 1/2 an orange
Instructions
