- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Egg Mixture
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Breadcrumbs Mixture
- 3/4 cup panko crumbs
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 romaine hearts, chopped
- 1–2 French baguettes
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Prepare Caesar Dressing: Mix all dressing ingredients until smooth. Toss 4-5 tablespoons with romaine lettuce; refrigerate remaining dressing and salad.
- Prepare Chicken: Season cutlets with salt and pepper. Set up breading station with flour mixture, egg mixture, and breadcrumbs mixture.
- Bread Chicken: Dredge cutlets in flour, then egg, and finally coat in breadcrumbs mixture.
- Fry Chicken: Fry breaded cutlets in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through.
- Assemble Sandwiches: Spread Caesar dressing on baguette, add chicken, top with Caesar salad, and Parmesan. Serve immediately.
Notes
- If using whole chicken pieces instead of cutlets, slice and pound them to even thickness.
- Assemble sandwiches just before serving to prevent sogginess. Consider toasting the baguette lightly.
