Egg Mixture

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Assembly

  • 2 romaine hearts, chopped
  • 12 French baguettes
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare Caesar Dressing: Mix all dressing ingredients until smooth. Toss 4-5 tablespoons with romaine lettuce; refrigerate remaining dressing and salad.
  2. Prepare Chicken: Season cutlets with salt and pepper. Set up breading station with flour mixture, egg mixture, and breadcrumbs mixture.
  3. Bread Chicken: Dredge cutlets in flour, then egg, and finally coat in breadcrumbs mixture.
