Description
This is a wonderful treat for children (though quite sweet). If serving to kids, you might want to reduce the amount of chocolate syrup and consider using half-and-half instead of heavy cream for a lighter version.

Base
- 1/2 ounce chocolate syrup (plus more for topping)
- 6 ounces cream soda
- Ice
Cream
- 1 1/2 ounces heavy cream
Toppings (optional)
- Whipped cream
- Mini Cadbury Creme Egg
Instructions
- Prepare the glass
Start by adding the chocolate syrup to a tall glass. Drizzle some syrup around the sides of the glass for a decorative presentation. - Add cream soda
Pour 6 ounces of cream soda into the glass. The fizz and sweetness of the soda form the base of your drink. - Add ice
Fill the glass with ice, leaving about 1 inch of space below the rim. This helps keep your soda chilled while allowing room for the cream. - Add heavy cream
Pour 1½ ounces of heavy cream over the ice. The cream adds a rich and velvety texture to the soda. - Garnish and serve
Top the drink with whipped cream and drizzle with extra chocolate syrup. For an extra festive touch, place a mini Cadbury Creme Egg on top. Serve with a straw and enjoy after stirring to combine the ingredients.
Notes
- To make your presentation extra striking, chill the glass beforehand or use a clear glass to showcase the chocolate syrup drizzles.
- You can adjust the amount of chocolate syrup to suit your taste. For a richer flavor, add a bit more!
- This drink is perfect for Easter or any celebration where Cadbury Creme Eggs are available.
- Swap heavy cream with half-and-half or plant-based cream if you prefer a lighter or dairy-free option.
