Dry Ingredients:

- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients:
- 1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 1/4 cups (267g) brown sugar
- 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Add-Ins:
- Royal blue, electric blue, and violet gel food coloring
- 2/3 cup (113g) white chocolate chips, divided
- 2/3 cup chopped Chips Ahoy cookies
- 2/3 cup chopped Oreos
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350º F and line a cookie sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- Cream Butter and Sugars: In a larger mixing bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy and pale.
- Add Eggs and Vanilla: Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Blend in Dry Ingredients: Gradually mix in the dry ingredients on low speed. Add in the gel food coloring and mix until the dough is thick and colored.
- Stir in Add-Ins: Mix in white chocolate chips, chopped Chips Ahoy cookies, and chopped Oreos by hand until combined.
- Form and Bake: Use a cookie scoop to form dough balls, then roll and press remaining add-ins onto the balls. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set. Let cool before serving.
