Chia Pudding:

- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (or thick dairy-free yogurt)
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee
- 1.5–2 tbsp maple syrup (or liquid sweetener)
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 shake cinnamon (or to taste)
Instructions
- Prepare Chia Pudding: Add all ingredients except cocoa powder to a small jar.
- Place the lid on and shake until everything is well combined.
- Set in the fridge overnight.
