- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsp avocado oil (can be replaced with olive oil)
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne (optional)
Instructions
- To marinate your chicken: Add cilantro, lime juice, garlic, oil, chili powder, salt, pepper & cayenne to a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Place chicken wings in a large plastic bag or bowl, add marinade, seal, and marinate for 30 minutes – 4 hours.
- Air Fryer Method: Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees. Remove wings from marinade, place in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
