- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- Mix the meatloaf: Combine the beef, garlic, onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper, then mix in the egg and breadcrumbs.
