Bread Rolls:
- 12 slices white bread
- 3 hot dogs, cut into 4 strips
- 4 ounces quick melt cheese, cut into 24 thin strips
Breading:
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup Panko bread crumbs

- Canola oil
Instructions
- Prepare Bread Rolls: Trim edges of each bread and flatten with a rolling pin. Place hotdog and cheese strips, roll bread into a log, seal seams.
- Egg Wash: Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl.
- Breading: Dip rolls in egg mixture, then coat with Panko crumbs.
- Freeze: Arrange rolls on a baking sheet and freeze for 3-5 minutes.
- Deep-Fry: Heat oil in a pan, fry rolls until golden and crunchy.
- Serve: Drain on a wire rack and serve hot with ketchup.
