- 1/3 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and diced

- 3 1/4 cups low-sodium chicken broth

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground thyme
- 1 teaspoon ground paprika

- 1 bay leaf

Instructions
