A delicious and easy Shrimp Caesar Salad recipe that combines perfectly seasoned shrimp with a creamy Greek yogurt Caesar dressing. This salad is a great option for a light and refreshing meal.

For the shrimp
- 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Olive oil, to cook the shrimp
For the salad
- 2/3 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 2 Tbsp
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- Romaine lettuce
- Parmesan cheese, to garnish, optional
Instructions
- If you haven’t already, peel and devein the shrimp and place them in a separate bowl. 1 lb raw shrimp
- In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, thyme, cumin, sea salt, onion powder, and black pepper. Set aside. 2 ½ teaspoon paprika, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon thyme, ½ teaspoon cumin, ½ teaspoon sea salt, ¼ teaspoon onion powder, ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Sprinkle the seasonings over the shrimp and toss well to coat.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook seasoned shrimp for 1-2 minutes until light pink, then flip and cook for another minute until fully pink. Transfer shrimp to a bowl. Olive oil
- In a bowl, mix greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and sea salt for the dressing. ⅔ cup greek yogurt, ½ lemon juiced, 1 ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- Toss romaine lettuce with the Caesar dressing in a large bowl. Romaine lettuce
- Chill dressed salad in the fridge for at least 5 minutes.
- When ready to serve, top salad with blackened shrimp and Parmesan before enjoying! Parmesan cheese
Notes
- Store leftover shrimp in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat in the microwave.
- Caesar dressing can be refrigerated for up to a week.
