Chicken:

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Bang Bang Sauce:
- 1 1/4 cups (290 g) mayonnaise
- 2/3 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons Sriracha, or more to taste
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Prepare Chicken: In a bowl, combine chicken cubes with oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Skewer Chicken: Thread 4-5 chicken cubes onto soaked skewers.
- Make Bang Bang Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey. Reserve half for later.
- Cook Chicken: Air fry skewers at 400°F for 11-12 mins, flipping halfway.
- Serve: Drizzle cooked skewers with reserved sauce before serving.
