  • 60 grams unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered jaggery
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 5 tablespoon whole wheat flour
  • 4 tablespoon oats
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Other Ingredients:

  • 3 bananas (I used Dole)
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (for coating the ramekins)
  • 80 grams dark chocolate
  • 5 scoops Vanilla ice cream (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ramekins: Grease 5 ramekins with butter and preheat the oven to 190°C.
  2. Make Crumble: In a large bowl, combine butter, oats, flour, 5 tablespoons of jaggery, walnuts, and cinnamon powder to form a clumpy mixture.
  3. Prepare Bananas: Peel and chop the bananas into round slices. Layer 5-8 slices in each ramekin.
  4. Add Jaggery and Crumble: Divide the remaining jaggery among the ramekins, then top with the crumble mixture.
  5. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove, top with chopped chocolate, and bake for an additional 6 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve: Allow to cool slightly before serving warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
